The News
Bozeman Health and Rehabilitation Center has earned the equivalent of a "five-star" survey rating of their nursing home quality. This means that our facility is in substantial compliance with the survey participation requirements of the Montana Department of Public Health and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Survey Background
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) maintains oversight for compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid program requirements/standards for facilities serving Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Each year, the state agency conducts a survey (or an inspection) via State Survey Agencies. This survey is one part of a comprehensive certification process. Our facility participated in and earned a deficiency-free survey.
